In addition to manufacturing of electrical harnesses, Wirex can provide up front design assistance to ensure proper component selection and design for manufacturability. Prototypes can also be provided to validate design concepts.

Substantial investments have been made in manual and automated tooling to ensure quality of workmanship while keeping costs to a minimum. Automation has been introduced at virtually every step of the process including cutting, stripping, marking, crimping and testing. In addition , Wirex has trained its assemblers to WHMA –A-620B, an international workmanship standard for Cable Assemblies and Electrical Harnesses.
